I love our surgery our doctor parnell is superb and always reassuring really good staff.

As a family we cannot fault the service provided by Dr Parnell, the pharmacy team and receptionists. Appointments are readily available. My son was under hospice at home and they couldn’t have been more accommodating in providing support and meds!

Having been a patient for 30 years I have always found the receptionist and pharmacy staff to be extremely helpful, never rude or impatient. If I require an appointment I can get it on the same day, & there is never any problem in seeing my own doctor who obviously knows my medical history.
